Forma Core started with a simple vision: to bring something meaningful to the community that shaped its founder. As a plus-size Latina, she understood the importance of creating a space where everyone could feel represented, confident, and welcomed, regardless of their background, body type, or experience.
Rooted in Pasadena, Forma Core was created to make Pilates more accessible and connected to the community it serves. More than a Pilates studio, it's a space to move, grow stronger, build confidence, and find a sense of belonging.
